Gas Logger: Better vehicle selection

Use a Spinner for vehicle selection instead of manually typing. The last option for the Spinner should be "New", allowing the user to enter a new vehicle. The list of vehicles should be remembered, probably in the database.

Eventually, it would also be good to allow the user to edit the list of vehicles via an interface accessible from the Settings menu.
