0.7.6 Re-release?

Hello,

It looks like 0.7.6 was released a second time - the tag was moved to a new commit and there's a new docker image.

Is this standard practice here? I'm just starting to get into this project and it looks exciting, but this would almost certainly be a dealbreaker for me - I can't use something where a "released" version can change without warning.
