Description

As a GitLan administrator and open source referent,
I want to know for each project the license it uses
So that I can have a look on FLOSS licenses applied on all the projects

Related to #169

Details

  • Use GitHub API to get license
  • Generate a CSV fil with the license(s) in use and the project (one project / license combination per line)
  • In standard ouput display the amount of projects, licenses and percentages
