feature - "let's talk" intent

enable a mode where all utterances are sent to ChatGPT

this should use converse and behave similarly to the Dictation Skill

in "let's talk" mode the dinkum listener should be set to continuous mode in order to not require wake word (settings.json option ?)

"goodbye" | "exit talk mode" | "let's stop talking" etc. should be handled in converse to exit this mode and restore things to normal, otherwise all utterances would be sent to ChatGPT
