[Bug]: Unable to connect to Parse API after setting up OpenSignServer locally

Issue Description

I launched the docker-compose file with only MongoDB and Caddy. I ran npm install for both OpenSign and OpenSignServer. However, when starting the server using npm start, I encountered the following issue:
