We are moving from WASdev to new location(s). Marketplace entry for Liberty Tools should be updated to point to new URL(s).

@lauracowen can provide us with the new URL(s) to use.

I've contacted the owners of that page to find out where they want to move it to...

marketplace installation fails because p2 repository don't work anymore :
No repository found at http://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/websphere/wasdev/updates/wdt/2021-03_comp/

Can we use an alternative p2 repo ?

http://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/websphere/wasdev/updates/wdt/2021-03_comp/ definitely exists and has a p2.index and repository folder.
My eclipse install software page gives a response indicating things are ok

Possibly when you tried public.dhe.ibm.com was offline for some reason - can you give it another go please @stalb ?

Thanks for your answer.

I can also browse the repository using my Web browser, but eclipse is still complaining :

The other p2 repository are working fine, I'm just have have a problem with public.dhe.ibm.com.

Must be something on my side, but I don't known what I'm doing wrong.

@stalb hard to diagnose from that screenshot. Googling suggests you might be behind a proxy that your web browser knows about but Eclipse does not - does that sound likely? Anything in your workspace's .metadata/.log that could provide a clue as to what's going on?
BTW we're kind of hijacking this issue - you should probably raise a new one.

I found the problem : I have both IPV4 and IPV6, so eclipse tries to connect using IPV6 which fails because public.dhe.ibm.com is IPV4 only.

Web browsers are smart enough to try using IPV6 and then fallback to IPV4, but not eclipse...
