How to execute turbsim module within openfast

Hi, I have been trying to execute the turbsim module from within Openfast, however everytime I execute I get an input file not found error. I understand that the codes can't find the input file for executing TurbSim, but there are no .inp files for TurbSim in the OpenFAST repo, so where do i get the file from and how do I execute it? There is no "Test" folder under the TurbSim module as well to run the CertTests. So I am a little confused. Some guidance here would be of great help.
