This issue is imported from pivotal

It\'ts possible to have multiple accounts linked to your eduID, eq when a user has multiple affiliations at different institutions. At the moment, only one link is shown in the UI.

We should design a UI for managing (viewing, adding, refreshing, ordering and deleting) multiple links.
