Use case

Suppose that Alice is part of Acme Inc, while Bob and Charlie are part of Contoso Corp. if Alice wants to share a report with Bob, there is no way for her to do it such that Charlie won't also see it. This is because Alice must share the report with Contoso Corp, which both Bob and Charlie are members of. Additionally, both Bob and Charlie need permission to see TLP:RED content.

Current Workaround

There is no workaround

Proposed Solution

Allow sharing with individual users in addition to organizations

If the feature request is approved, would you be willing to submit a PR?

I can try, but I'm not very familiar with this codebase and would not have much time to iterate on feedback

This use case will be achieved by enabling authorized members on entities. Through the following task, we will be able to apply it on containers. #8943
Do you need to apply it also on other entities?

The only other entity type I can think of at the moment are Incidents
