Channel Manager: The Contact is added to the same Channel twice

1. Open the Arcade App on the Android/iOS
2. Add some contacts to the Contact list and go to the Channel Manager
3. Tap any channel to add a contact and the Invite screen will open
4. Select any contact eg. Paul Jones AIR and press the enter arrow
5. Return to the same channel and notice the 'Added copy' displays with added contact
6. Now, add another contact Kraftig to the same channel and follow step 5 again
7. The Added copy is removed from the Paul Jones AIR and user is able to add it again to the same channel

ER: The Contact should not be added to the same Channel twice
