Relay Manager: The removed 'default' connected relays appears again on re-login as the same user #423

Open the Arcade App on the Android/iOS
Go to Settings>> Manage Reays>> Relay Manager
Remove any two 'default' connected relays
Go to the 'Backup' settings and copy either the 'Nsec' or the 'Hex' key
Tap on the ""Logout' button and re-login by entering the copied key
Go to the Relay Manager screen and notice the default connected relays displays again

AR: The removed 'default' connected relays appears again on re-login as the same user
ER: The removed 'default' connected relays should not display again for the same user
