change browser title on webapp

Please change the browser title on the webapp from "OneBusAway Enterprise" to "OneBusAway 2.0", to reflect that this is part of the main branch of the project's code base.

While I recognize the dislike of the term "OneBusAway Enterprise", its not a simple as a title change, there is branding/images wrapped up in this as well. If someone wants to update the look and feel it would be much appreciated.
