Variable Preview Page shows an error if there is an exception evaluating a variable

Not blocking customer deployments but blocking the ability to view any other variable on the variable preview page.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a new project
• Create a variable a with value #{b | FromBase64}
• Create a variable b with value Test$$
• Go to the Variable Preview Page

Expected Result

The Variable Preview grid renders. Some sort of callout that the variable had an error should be shown.
