Full screen mode for custom deployment scripts doesn't have close button

The bug

When using custom scripts in steps such as Deploy to IIS or Deploy to NGINX the full-screen mode is the original full-screen mode. As such, there is no close button. The only way out of full-screen mode is to press the esc button.

What I expected to happen

These steps would use the new full-screen editor like the one in the run a script steps.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a deploy to iis step
2. Click on configure features
3. Enable custom deployment scripts
4. Go to full-screen mode on one of the scripts

Affected versions

Octopus Server: Occurs in 2020.3 -> 2020.4.0

Workarounds

This is more of an annoyance. But users have to know to click the esc key on their keyboard to get out of full-screen mode.
