originally we had the idea for the cutflow to store the complete list of cuts applied to a given set of events. this would be a nice addition to the current functionality, and avoid the potential for error when using skims.

my initial thought would be to save the cutflow histogram into any output skim file, but i'm not sure that's possible with the EDM format, i'll have to check.

I think this was never implemented. Should we try, @bpf6qc @aehart @btcardwell ?
