CurrentUser no longer available to ondemand.d files #3966

I'm getting this error in dev right now. Looks like CurrentUser isn't available when these files are parsed.

App 1193274 output: E, [2024-11-18T10:24:53.948034 #1193274] ERROR -- : Can't read or parse /etc/ood/config/ondemand.d/globus.yml because of error uninitialized constant ConfigurationSingleton::CurrentUser
