MAPAXES data are not preserved during reading of grid which leads to MAPAXES being zero for any subsequent grid export.

This needs to be preserved and any export of grid should be done with the same MAPAXES as the imported data.

Also the export in local coordinate export should take all the localities away and make the grid completely "spatially unaware".
