Just looking at the POST /Friendship call and not sure exactly how to use it

What is the target_id? Also, for the cbs section, do we just specify openi?

hm... nice question.. since what is allowed in the cloudlet has changed over time, this may not make sense any more. the idea was that you could have a friendship relationship between openi users.
target_id is a reference to another openi user

When you say "what is allowed in the cloudlet has changed over time", is there a reason this feature would no longer be possible? @dmccarthy-tssg any thoughts?
