Investigate the official list and certificate in the ESPD-EDM OTHER-EO-PQS sheet

In the last ePO ESPD-EDM WG meeting, it was discussed that the ESPD team should come with a solution on how the official list and certificate (found in the the ESPD-EDM OTHER-EO-PQS sheet) should be disentangled, which could include providing precise information on the two concepts. (see page 8-9).
This task is not urgent in the sense that a temporary solution has been found for now for the ePO.

A similar problem was discovered in the same document, regarding the concepts  "certificate" and "documentary evidence".
