problem with intall chart helm

Hello,
I want to install documentserver on my kubernetes cluster with helm chart. I used this documentation : https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/Kubernetes-Docs
I juste changed the docker images (docservice.image.repository) to use community version for proxy, converter and service.
But after install i have this msg add I can't use anything in welcome page
I need to configure samething in nginx ?
