ng目前的色调有

navbar 颜色
link hover 的颜色（蓝色
选中的 tab 下的短线（粉色，这个可能是 mui 的默认色
评论按扭的颜色（深蓝色）

虽然不要求全部同色，但应该有一个统一的色调或者说标准

现在 tab 和link hover 的颜色还有toc active的颜色都统一了
