Here are 2 tables that I propose (pick any name for “think” that you see best fitting)
DRUG-“THING” table
Drug_concept_id, linked_thing_ID (trial)
(see attached demo data (real CTG data) for that)
HOI - “THING” table
HOI_concpet_id, linked_THING_ID (trial)
The intent of the second table is to capture for which HOIs there are trials.
There is a problem though (with second table)
The second table has two “modes” – condition of focus (drug should treat HOI) and ADE focus (drug causes and ADE HOI)
The second table is optional at this point (unless you want to do the change in one big sweep).
I don’t have nice demo data for second table.
