I successfully ran UMLS Similarity across all pairs of the SNOMED concepts. The new table (snomed_concept_similarity ) is loaded alongside the LAERTES tables so we can test if there are highly "similar" concepts that are not found using the SNOMED hierarchy (also, possibly to normalize the use of the hierarchy where the "jumps" might be too big).
