We took the v4 VOCAB approach with LAERTES that conditions are SNOMED and drugs are RxNORM. This is now an outdated way of viewing the world. In a figure of release of LAERTES we may want to open up the mappings to be at the DOMAIN level not a specific VOCABULARY_ID level.
