Provide OBO export #3
Comments
We don’t usually do with an OBO export.
You may use the tool OBO Converter:

Thanks,
Oliver

I am not quite sure if I understand what you mean by "provide an OBO export of this ontology". Could you provide some clarification? |
It would be great if you ran the OWL to OBO converter tool and included the OBO output in this repo, as well as listed the OBO artifact on the OBO Foundry here. It might be easier to streamline using the ROBOT tool's convert command (https://robot.obolibrary.org/convert.html). |
