Repository archival and the end of Sunamu

Hello, it's been a while.

The worrisome part first: Sunamu's repository will be archived.

The explaination then: over the course of time, our priorities as people change. There's tons of stuff involved in that process: school, university, life, and so on.

What happened here was... just that, really. It's not that there's a lack of interest in developing Sunamu further, but life is life and life throws stuff at you, whether you like it or not. Can't talk about it in specificity as that would involve deeply personal stuff.

Also, as discussed in the (now defunct) Discord server, there's really nothing else to add to it.

However, not all hope is gone: someone else can fork Sunamu and develop it further, should the need for it ever arise.

On this side, there's been a year-old interest in writing other music-control-and-playback-oriented frameworks for interoperability between stuff, however there's no due date for any of that as, again, life got too heavy. It could be, eventually, but no promises.

As a last wish, please take care of yourselves.
