Confusion between flux-spectrum and flux-lethargy spectrum #3

Onix writes a flux-lethargy spectrum to the output summary, but the file is named _flux_spectrum.
This creates some confusion.

The utils library contains functions that read this file, that normalize by the flux spectrum to lethargy again.
