As a user, I want to see a space for each token [initially on Base] when I visit its URL (ie. nounspace.com/t/base/[token-CA]).

AC:

  1. If a token space is unclaimed, users see the default Token Space config when they visit (Default token space config #526)
  2. If a token space has been claimed, users see the saved version of the Token Space when they visit
