[Games] - Prohibit some modes when speed is nonzero #107

Current Features

Currently, you cannot enter games or debug when driving, which makes sense.

Desired Additional Features

When the car is off but being pushed for example, we should prevent games for working, perhaps with a popup or warning or something.

This would involve checking the RPM and ensuring it equals 0.
