Description

Reverse is not allowed in competition. Stop that shit.

Acceptance Criteria

builds and runs both with and without reverse enabled.
Observe fake torque.

Proposed Solution

Make in #ifdef that disables reverse. Just the act of sending the message, the state machine should still acknowledge reverse as normal.
