Create an API that is able to integrate with school based services (Tyler/School wires/payforit/blackboard/etc). Must be written in such a way that the parsing of data can be easily changed in anticipation of services. Also must have ways to store data offline, retrieve fresh data, and access data from a combination of the offline cache/online services in an efficient way
