The NodePing agent software is used to collect and process data within 
the context of your NodePing subscription. This license governs use of 
the agent software. If you use the software, you accept this license. 
If you do not accept the license, do not use the software.

Permission is granted to use, copy, and modify copies of the software 
in conjunction with an active NodePing subscription under the current 
Terms of Service as published at https://nodeping.com/TermsOfService. 
If your NodePing subscription is cancelled, expires, or is suspended 
for any reason, you must stop using and copying the software.

This license does not grant you any rights to use the licensor's name, 
logo, or trademarks.

This copyright notice shall be included in all copies of the software.

The software is licensed "as-is." You bear the risk of using it. The
