Harvest metrics to monitor file-level performance #3262

@ceojinhak Could you confirm the version of ONTAP that you are currently using? |
There are several ONTAP versions of NetApp gears in the data center. (ONTAP 9.13.x - 9.15.x) |

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In a virtualized environment where a large number of VMs are running, I want to find and take action on VMs that are generating excessive storage I/O. Since there is no metric for file-based performance monitoring, it is very difficult to find the problematic VM among numerous VMs.
Describe the solution you'd like
I need a harvest metric that shows the top 25 files as shown in ONTAP's FSA (File System Analytics) feature.
