Feature request for Dashboard template for ontaps3 metrics

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I re-enable the ontap s3 metrics on 24.02.0 release by uncommenting those ontaps3 metrics templates. It'd be good if we have some dashboard templates for those ontaps3 metrics.

Have you built an s3 metrics dashboards already or have any input on which metrics are most important?

Are you familiar with the existing ONTAP: S3 Object Storage dashboard? Can you describe what additional panels you would like included in that dashboard?

Verified at commit 256613e,

After enabling ZapiPerf/RestPerf ontap_s3_svm template,
graph panels and tables shows data, currently there are no active operations of GET/PUT/DELETE, so all values shows 0 in graph which is expected. Table shows max connections and other metrics.
