One of my miners crashes... can't pinpoint issue.

Full disclosure, I'm a mac guy and don't know how to troubleshoot Windows computers very well.

I bought two identical systems to mine crypto and other things. One miner stays up for a month and the other one crashes every two hours or so.

My systems are Alienware computers:
AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12- core
NVIDIA 3080 LHR

I mine through unmineable.com, not that that should make a difference. They mine at about 87mh. Oddly for a couple of months they randomly dropped the hash rate in half... then bounced back last month.

I assume nbminer is not happy with one of my computers because its the only thing running on it. I bought a fan recently to circulate the air around the computer better thinking it was heat. Not sure how to access a crash log or something like that.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated
