Video Sending

Videos are not being sent from this front-end to the webserver when the "Upload Video" button is pressed. Unlike for account creation and sign-in, there is code written for this, just not functional. Ensure a video is being sent such that the frontend can receive it. As a reminder, this functionality is working on the outdated Vue.js version of the front-end. Base your implementation off of that one, so that we won't have any conflicts when implementing the front-end switch.
