This will require adding API keys which will be distributed to users when they want to host their own instances of our workers.

I dont know if this is still desired, but we'd need to first work on making our service architecture more distributed. For instance having job load balancers for each type of worker that has multiple instances. Would require additions to users db, a new workers db, and more.
