Legg til feilhåndtering der requests kaller opp et API, slik at sluttbrukeren får en meningsfull beskjed om hva som må gjøres, evt et tomt objekt.

Ved gjenbruk av funksjoner som potensielt returnerer tomme objekter, må andre "nedstrømsfunksjoner" også kunne håndtere å få tomt input.
