Add F13-F24 to rdev::Key

While not physically located on most hardware keyboards, the higher F keys are commonly used as keybind keys that don't affect other operations on the computer. It would be quite convenient to add these to rdev::Key Instead of having to manually figure out what their unknown key code is and use that number in an unknown key code instead.
