Rename Pages in Navbar

Please describe the feature in as much detail as possible
Add the ability to rename:
1.) The display name of a page in the navbar.
2.) The page url in the navbar.

(Also, if this is possible with a simple manual change, let me know how to do it.)

I do believe this is possible by changing the language file for said addon or feature.
