Steps to reproduce

  1. Create Admin with "./dbtool -aa Admin AdminPass"
  2. Register second user via "index.cgi?register=form"
  3. Login as Admin.
  4. Click on the second username.
  5. Remove his "CREATE_MESSAGE" rights. Remove or add anything else really.
  6. Click "Изменить".
    You should get the following messge
    "Произошла ошибка при обновлении профайла
    Возможно, стоит попробовать еще раз"
