I'm not sure I understand your question. My guess was that you had a circumstance where, while someone was interacting with a juxtapose slider, they were accidentally scrolling the page when their drag inside the slider included a Y (vertical) component.
If that's the case, I tried to reproduce it using the demonstration slider on juxtapose.knightlab.com -- when I use this on my iPhone, using either Safari or Chrome browsers, there's no sign of vertical scrolling.
Can you provide an example of a page where the problem is noticeable? A short video/animated gif might also help make sure we're talking about the same thing.
On mobile device you have to use area outside of slider to scroll down.
But of slider we use only axis X.
