Reconciliation step merge/combine should update ImportSources #172

So that we don't unload entitites that have become relevant not through the import directly but in the reconciliation step.

Not high priority as the ideal workflow only imports new data once all existing data is marked clean and can't/shouldn't be unloaded anyway.
