This appears to be the same issue as the one for the Maya spectrometers: When collecting data with a QE65000 spectrometer, spectra are saved with 1044 pixels. However, the detector only has 1024 pixels, so it's not exactly clear where the last 20 pixel values are coming from. This causes very annoying issues when trying to evaluate data, as the length of the reference spectra don't always match the length of the measurements, etc...
