The MayaPro spectrometer has 2048 pixels, however the ocean optics driver seems to deliver 2068 values, with the last 20 pixels being the same value repeated over and over again. This is a confusing state and causes problems with the measured spectra not having the same length as the references (if created from ocean optics own software).
Make sure that the program saves the spectra using the correct length
