Change the instructions in the docs (check the README.md and sphinx files) to state that users must specify the env_dir in all cases,
removing the statement:
If the --env_dir flag is omitted, the environment files will be installed in your system’s conda’s default location (usually <CONDA_ROOT>/envs).
