container operation issues

Hello everyone,
I ran the following command according to the tutorial: "docker pull wrfhydro/training:v5.2.0-rc1"and"docker run --name wrf-hydro-training -p 8888:8888 -it wrfhydro/training:v5.2.0-rc1".
Everything looked ok, and I entered the training interface through the browser. But when I restarted the container after shuting down container, I can't enter the web"hostlocal:8888". I checked the container status was open and the port was showing as normal.
I am a beginner in Docker and I am not sure where the problem lies. I hope someone can help me.
