Move or remove Python inline code section in Quarto tutorial

There are a lot of problems with Python inline code for Quarto that, while fixable, adds a lot of complexity fairly early in the tutorial. Inline Python code seems to be complicated for Quarto for some reason, and it doesn't provide much in terms of learning for the students as-is. We might either remove it entirely, or instead move it to the extra material, where we also show how to make it work with the additionally required configuration.
