The team should mention specific version of NB that is supported by the plugin or else , others will get the same issue.
I've read #251 and #234 and #235 and no luck.

NBANdroid cant be installed

i have same issue. i was using netbean 12.2, apache ant 1.10.9, and open jdk 11
