NPM package outdated/broken - Please republish

Description

The NPM package is out of date. As a result, some code is not functioning properly (i.e: GeoJSONGeometryPolygon)

Please republish to NPM so that those running "npm install @NASAWorldWind" will get the updated code.

Steps to Reproduce

We figured out this problem by trying to import some GeoJSON files that have holes in the geometry, they were following the right-hand-rule but it was rejecting them thinking that the linear-rings were not formatted properly, after looking at the github repo we found that there is a discrepancy with the current npm package installation vs the current github repo.
